About us, privacy policy pages not responding, tos and partners pages isn't synced up to the new updates

Resolved - This incident has been resolved after several bug patches.

Update - 2 things. We have fixed the issue regarding tos and partners pages not syncing up. Also we are getting reports about our privacy policy getting downloaded to user's devices when users are on MOBILE. I am looking into this issue at this time and idk how this happens I am secretly laughing and crying about this at the same time I got no idea how this is happening 😂

Investigating - On our ban and unban commands I am currently getting a "Error [InteractionAlreadyReplied]: The reply to this interaction has already been sent or deferred." and on our timeout-remove command I am getting a "ReferenceError: err is not defined". The Java Lava Development team is currently investigating this issue at this time!

Update - This was from mongo: We have identified that cloud.mongodb.com and all sub pages, including API endpoints, is down. Affected users may see timeouts, blank pages, or error pages from Cloud. This affects Cloud Manager as well. Additionally Atlas Triggers, App Services, and Stream Processing are inactive at this time. Search index management and changes to Search Nodes are not being processed at this time. Existing search indexes are unaffected. Existing cluster health is unaffected.

Secondary ongoing issue with MongoDB data logging!

Resolved - looking like database is recovering after a hour, I am marking this incident as resolved, the reason why MongoDB is marked partial outage is due to the original incident

Investigating - We are currently aware of the bots getting a memory usage increase, I am currently working with my team of developers TrainerJeo and Ziggy on this issue at this time! This issue does effect all CUSTOM BRANDING BOTS TOO! (I had a discord incident ongoing last night and I tried to get it going through here on statuspage but from the looks of this it didn't go through)
